Close Protection Security

ProSec are specialists in close protection in the UK. We live in uncertain times where the threats to personal security are growing at an alarming pace. Our officers come from backgrounds that are in keeping with the demands of close protection services. This includes UK armed forces, Police, Special Forces and other specialised protection services. All of our personnel are fulled vetted including employment history, financial, convictions and service records.

Residential Property Security

Our clients want peace of mind when it comes to the safety and protection of their family at home. High worth individuals with large properties are of particular interest to criminals. Our residential security service provides 24 hour protection in and around your home. We use the latest technology to support security staff patrols and our team respond instantly to any threat of intrusion or attack.

After a full site audit and risk assessment we will recommend a plan of action with each client. We match our residential security officers with each client so that they fit in with your family and lifestyle.

Event Security

Prosec can fulfil your event security requirements whatever the scale, be it an intimate, exclusive gathering for 10 or a festival for 10,000 our bespoke service caters for it all. Our event security service provides clients with peace of mind, allowing them to enjoy the event and entertain guests knowing that ProSec is on hand. We can provide a welcome to those attending an event as well as bag search and parking management if needed.

Our security personnel are smart and presentable. They remain in the background at your event but are ever alert to potential dangers. Our team deliver a polite and friendly service but at the same time are ready to respond to any security issue. ProSec staff are ISO accredited as well as being fully insured.

Industrial & Commercial Security

ProSec provides manned security services for commercial buildings and corporate business. Our highly professional, friendly and personable security staff protect your business assets and deliver peace of mind. ProSec personnel are fully ISO accredited as well as being subject to extensive vetting procedures through the receuitment process.

We operate in diverse commercial environments, particularly in highly populated urban areas and our security staff protect built assets in retail, corporate, healthcare, sport and education as well as Government buildings.

Our commercial service can include reception officers, mobile patrols, key holding, alarm response, CCTV monitoring and intruder alarm monitoring.

Mobile Patrols

Our mobile security patrols are available to cover private residential homes, business premises and public buildings. We attend client properties on a random 24/7 basis. These can include internal and or external patrols where our staff check windows and doors are secure and ensure no security threats are present in the area.

In cases where property has been compromised, our staff will co-ordinate the emergency services and protect the site until it can be secured. We keep our clients informed throughout any such events.

Our mobile patrols can also act as key holders to a property and we can respond to alarms and monitor CCTV systems at client properties.

Door Supervisors

For the past 30 years ProSec has been providing highly skilled and trained Door Supervisors to nightclubs, restaurants, and bars across the UK. Door supervisors are essential to maintain order and protect customers who are there to enjoy a safe night out.

All our security staff are liciensed by the Security Industry Authority and deliver customer focussed roles in sometimes challenging environments. As well as training which includes subjects like First Aid, Criminal Law, Conflict Management and Dealing with Drugs, our security staff take part in high level in-house training which gives them even more skills and knowledge to deal with any situation.

Typically our door supervisors deliver these services:

manage crowds and queues.
make sure people keep to the dress code.
watch people’s behaviour and deal with conflict.
physically intervene and escort people out of the venue, if necessary.
co-operate with police, first aiders and management.
